Post- 2016 Election, where are we at and what do we do? With a constant barrage of information causing digital PTSD, we need to cherish our minds and bodies and find a way to exist in the present pain of the world while restoring ourselves regularly. Soft Reset is asking where we stand in reality, in nature, and in deeper consciousness as entities as part of a greater whole.
